These general policies are meant to help give you a reference point for the basic "Do's & Don'ts” of our company. We (The Staff) say this because it is the responsibility of every dancer & bouncer to do the best job they can while promoting ourselves in a positive and respectable manner at all times.
From the owners all the way to the newest dancer each one is important to the organization in their own way helping to uphold company standards by doing the best job we possibly can. We see Party Dancers Entertainment doing some great things down the road and we're off to a good start by staying the course and supporting one another and the company.
After being in this business and seeing a lot of different problems from every different vantage point including actually being a dancer (which I wanted to do to know what the dancers have to deal with) we think we have a grasp on the big picture. With the staff's help here and also the help and dedication of our dancers we truly believe that we'll go far, that’s all of us. We'll do our best to promote and represent our company the best we can and refine this organization into one of the finest and most innovative anywhere!
A lot of dancers spend wasted time jumping from one dance company to another looking for either good management or simply more gigs. We are striving to be good managers looking for ways for the dancers and our company to: (1) Make better money, (2) Work steady, (3) Have better and enjoyable working environments which are less stressful all year round. We realize everyone has their own agenda and their own reasons for being here and we also know that we can't make everyone happy all the time but what we’re attempting to make this a good place overall to work where dancers will want to stay. It costs a lot of money to operate a company such as this, we all do our best by keeping the costs down so it doesn't fall back on the dancers, but please remember that nobody on this end is getting rich today and we work very hard to promote ourselves positively, that’s you and I.

Company Rules
1. Party Dancers Entertainment does not engage in nor do we promote prostitution. Any breach of this policy or by engaging in any form of prostitution on or off the job will result in immediate dismissal.
2. Drugs will not be tolerated, this is your job, treat your position professionally. This is a job not a hobby and definitely not a rehab center. Got problems, get help. We hold policy that we will not enable a dancer to work so they can get money for a fix. No one here wants to dance next to a junkie and we won't attempt to manage one.
3. Alcohol abuse is another area that will not be tolerated. Being intoxicated will be considered justifiable reasoning for either a fine being levied or in extreme cases you could be suspended from all bookings temporarily or even permanently.
4. Fighting and harassing anyone be it another dancer, staff or a customer is a "Big One" people. Everyone has the right to simple human respect. If there is a problem please bring it to one of the staff's attention and we'll address the problem quickly and fairly. DO NOT take matters into your own hands ever!
5. Cutthroating or using underhanded tactics for advantage of any type aren't allowed. Make your money honest by being a better entertainer & dancer. It's that simple. Put effort into yourself and it'll come back to you in the form of money & sense of accomplishment.
6. Remember dancers, the show no matter where they are and no matter who they might be for are PartyDancersUSA shows. These shows are not individual dancers shows, no matter how many times you may have seen those customers. The "My Show" type attitudes will not be tolerated. The only person in charge is the bouncer....the bouncer....the bouncer always. Finish every show with that same smile you started the event with and they will always want you back!
7. You are not allowed to overcharge or undercharge for any dance.... if you are unclear as to how much you should charge please ask your bouncer!
8. Keep your outfits clean, repaired and complete. We want to not only dance & entertain better than the competition but we also look & act better!
9. Come to work prepared and in good spirits, leave your personal problems outside this company. This is no place to take out your trash or make drama. Bad attitudes are NOT tolerated here.
10. We do not share our dancers with anyone, agency or any other adult business.
11. No significant others are allowed at any show ever.
12. No Fraternization (dating) with any fellow: Dancer, Bouncer, Associate, Club Owner, Employee, Customer...EVER! Unless previously cleared through the office prior to employment here.
13. Never accept checks for any reason. Your personal information goes directly back to the account holder and that is definitely something you don't want!
14. YOU never give out any personal information for any reason! ESPECIALLY YOUR NAME AND OR PHONE NUMBER, DUH.
All information you submit to Party Dancers Entertainment is strickly confidential and will remain that way always.
15. Always be on time...Always 10 minutes early is recommended.
